One of our favorite things to do with a pint of Vanilla Bean is throw together this low calorie, low sugar Wink Shake. All the sugar from this delicious shake comes from the blueberries, which are high in fiber and antioxidants and won't spike your blood sugar.
Enjoy this as a nice little snack :)
- 4 scoops Vanilla Bean
- 2/3 cup fresh Blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened Vanilla non-dairy milk of choice (we used almond)
- Blend in a blender
