That's not always the case for every person. For people like Gabe who are plagued with loads of food allergies, enjoying a simple S'more is a challenge. The same is true with Peanut Butter & Jelly. Having allergies can greatly challenge anyone from enjoying a simple PB & J sandwich.
Luckily, Mr. and Mrs. Wink are crafty and resourceful. Gabe created a Peanut-free Peanut Butter & Jelly flavor of Wink that anyone with the top 8 allergens can enjoy. To reward him for his efforts, Ani put together some gluten-free and dairy-free S'mores for the whole team to enjoy.
- Kinnikinnick Food's S'moreable Graham Style Crackers
- Dandies Vegan Marshmallows
- Dairy-Free Dark Chocolate squares
- Wink Frozen Desserts Peanut Butter & Jelly
- Preheat your oven to 350F
- Break apart the graham crackers into 6 even pieces and lay them on a cookie sheet. On 3 of the crackers, layer some marshmallows. On the remaining 3, place a square of dark chocolate
- Bake in the oven until the marshmallows are lovely and toasted, about 2-4 minutes
- Put the two sides together and serve with a scoop of Peanut Butter & Jelly Wink, for the ultimate allergen-free childhood sweet treat!
