Below, you'll be able to find out the answer to many of our most frequently asked questions.

Question: How long does it take for my order to ship?


  • Orders take between 3-7 business days to ship. Customers receive a tracking update once FedEx has tendered their order.
  • Transit times vary between 1-3 business days (including Saturdays)
  • We do not ship on weekends, since FedEx does not work on Sundays. We will not have packages in transit past Saturday.


Question: Why hasn’t my order shipped out, even if it’s been a week?

Answer: If there has been a significant weather delay in your area (snowstorm, hurricane, etc.), it is likely that FedEx will delay shipment, which will result in melted product. To avoid frustrating customers and our warehouse, we might hold your shipment until the natural disaster has passed.


Question: I saw an advertisement for a free pint. How do I get that?

Answer: Use discount code “1STWINK” upon checkout! You still need to place an order for a minimum of 4 pints.


Question: How do I get the free Recipe Bible (aka cookbook)?

Answer: Click this link!


Question: I see there is one gram of sugar alcohol per serving, wouldn’t that mean there are zero net carbs per pint?

Answer: Some people do have a mild increase in blood sugar to sugar alcohols, so we count it to be conservative.


Question: I want to subscribe, but also want to be able to change my subscription. How do I do that?

Answer: Log in to your account. From there, you’ll be able to not only modify the contents of your subscription, but also it’s frequency! Additionally, you may skip or cancel subscriptions from your account page.


Question: I requested a refund because I didn’t like the taste of the product, but I wasn’t refunded the full amount. Since I didn’t pay for shipping, why am I still paying for it in the refund?

Answer: We wish for the best experience for everyone! We do offer free shipping with an order of 6 or more pints. However, just because a customer does not pay for shipping, does not mean that Wink Frozen Desserts does not pay to get Wink to the customer. You can find our refund policy here, which clearly states that we will happily issue a refund for customers that do not like the taste of Wink, minus the cost of shipping.


Question: What happens if questions:?

- I need to cancel an order

- I don’t receive the flavor I ordered

- My order is melted
